ADVANCED RAZORED SHAG

Intro to Razor class or previous experience with the Plier straight razor required to register for this advanced class.

What you'll learn:

In this advanced class we will learn how to create the effortless shag and why the razor is the perfect cutting tool for this cut.  This haircut has been around a long time and making a much deserved comeback.  We will cover how to make a shag feel modern, up-to-date and edgy.  Two different cuts covered in this class, one a short length shag and the second a long length shag.

We will discuss curtain bangs vs full fringe.  How to blend short layers into length.  Creating longer layers in a shag for the noncommittal  client, or on the converse side, creating short layers with a lot of texture for the more adventurous shag.  How to create space and texture in this airy cut.  

In the hands-on portion I recommend a live model, you should have your model arrive at 1:30.  It can be any length of hair, they just need to be open to a shag.
